Thirty years ago, I started personal training clients.  During that time of owning gyms I feel I've tested every diet from raw-foodist to Carnivore!

I also have several cabinets full of supplements.  And because companies wanted me to promote their products, I learned a lot about what works and what doesn't.

One of my favorite services I offer clients is the ability to help them skip many hyped, useless or even dangerous products.  Most people want help deciding what to use and what to avoid.

That is really why I started DeSisto Functional Foods .
